This pizza is my own creation and I sneaked in a cup of spinach in each serving. It is simple to make and delicious! Perfect paired with a fresh salad for a quick weeknight dinner.

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat naan flatbread
2 C raw spinach
1/2 C pizza sauce
1/4 C mozzarella cheese
5-6 tomato slices
1/8 C crumbled feta cheese
1/8 C chopped cilantro
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 F.
Puree spinach with tomato sauce in a food processor or blender.
Spread tomato sauce evenly on flatbread.
Top with mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, feta cheese and cilantro.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the naan is golden and crisp around the edges. Cut into pieces and serve.
